4. Acceptable Use

If you send questions, support requests, feedback, or suggestions, you keep ownership of your own submission, but you grant My Investment Lab a limited license to use, store, reproduce, and act on that submission as needed to operate, support, improve, and protect the service.
Please do not submit confidential business plans, highly sensitive personal information, or materials you are not authorized to share.
8. Paid Services and Subscriptions
For paid products, e-books, or subscriptions:
- Prices, billing periods, included benefits, and renewal behavior will be disclosed at checkout or in the offer shown at the time.
- Paddle acts as merchant of record for payment processing, tax handling, receipts, and refunds.
- Monthly and yearly plans may auto-renew if the applicable offer says so; cancellation and renewal timing will follow the terms shown at checkout and any member-account terms then in force.
- Additional service-specific terms, refund rules, or promotional offer conditions may apply to a specific product or subscription.
9. Third-Party Services and Links

- Any examples, calculations, models, or historical illustrations are subject to limitations, assumptions, and possible data issues.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Investment Lab and its operators, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenues, lost business, lost data, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to the site or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of My Investment Lab for any claim arising out of or relating to the site or services will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid directly to My Investment Lab for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim arose; or
- USD $100.
12. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Investment Lab and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
13. Suspension and Termination
My Investment Lab may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the site or any service if reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute-related provisions, will survive.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the My Investment Lab services are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a formal legal claim, a party should give written notice of the dispute and a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally.
Any dispute that is not resolved informally must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Nothing in this section prevents My Investment Lab from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, security, or service integrity.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
